- Faucets - All faucets shall be CP, colour coordinated, heavy body metal fittings of Grohe / Kohler.
- Hot water connection will be provided to the shower, wash basin in each bathroom and to the sink in the kitchen.
- Plumbing - All external water supply lines & drainage lines shall be in PVC pipes Internal water supply lines will be in Concealed CPVC Pipes.
- Main door - Teakwood frame with teakwood veneer shutters. Height - 8 feet.
- Other doors -Teakwood frame and shutters with natural wood veneer finish. Height - 8 feet.
- The Internal door shutters and frames shall have a melamine matte finish.
